Stephen joined Sather, Byerly & Holloway, LLP in 2007. Since his admission to the Oregon State Bar in 2001, Stephen has assisted insured and self-insured employers with workers’ compensation, Longshore and OSHA matters.

Member of the Oregon State Bar Workers' Compensation Section; United States District Court, District of Oregon; American Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Claims Association and Longshore Claims Association.
